Investigating - RCS will perform scheduled maintenance on ZettaCloud between August 26 and August 27, 2026. This maintenance will involve restarting some station deployments.
Expected impact
We do not expect any impact for customers using ZettaCloud internal redundancy, with at least two deployments running in two different regions.
You can also anticipate the change in advance: stations that have been manually redeployed between now and the maintenance window will not be restarted by RCS.
Maintenance schedule
North America
RCS will redeploy stations that have not already been manually redeployed on Wednesday, August 26, during the following local times:
• Eastern Time: 2:00–4:00 AM
• Central Time: 1:00–3:00 AM
• Pacific Time: 11:00 PM–1:00 AM, spanning August 25–26
Europe
RCS will redeploy stations that have not already been manually redeployed on Thursday, August 27, during:
• London Time: 1:00–3:00 AM
• Central European Time: 2:00–4:00 AM
Asia-Pacific
RCS will redeploy stations that have not already been manually redeployed on Thursday, August 27, during:
• Singapore / Hong Kong Time: 10:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Tokyo Time: 11:00 PM–1:00 AM, spanning August 27–28
For New Zealand, the maintenance will take place on Friday, August 28, between 2:00–4:00 AM.
